Respiratory Tonic Tea
(and/or Comfrey leaf)
Peppermint or Spearmint
Infuse the herbs and drink 3-4 cups daily. This makes a good herbal steam, also.
Sweeten with honey, if preferred. Honey is moisturizing and hydrating to tissue.
