I first started buying herbs when I wasn’t feeling good and trying to stay healthy. I started doing research on herbs and that is how I found about this course and decided to sign up. I can’t tell you how much I have learned and loved every step of it. I set my alarm clock earlier before work so I could get up and read since I really enjoyed taking this course. (I was almost late for work a couple times because I was so involved in learning that time just flew). The times I was on my computer learning were times I was not stressing or thinking about anything else. Since herbs are all about health, I have totally changed my eating habits and have lost weight and feel healthier. Julie C…This was an amazing course!
This was an amazing course! I’m a heady person who loves to study, an academic. I tend to read, read, read and study, study, study without getting my hands into it. This course forced me to taste the herbs, to brew them, to make recipes, to experiment. In that, I received the skills to get started and the curiosity to keep going! Not only do I have a great cabinet of recipes and formulas, but I have the tools to continue with my studies and to learn more. Over the summer, I plan to read all of Rosemary’s books and keep making recipes and having a blast learning more and more. I feel empowered to reference books and think about options for self and others. And, I am inspired to keep going! What I appreciated most were Rosemary’s stories and life lessons. Her voice and commonsense wisdom. I found it cozy, thorough, inspiring, and wanting more. I loved the spiritual and mystical aspects sprinkled throughout, and would’ve loved more of that! I enjoyed the personal anecdotes that Rosemary shared throughout each lesson to help bring the teachings of our herbal allies to life.
